True Blue Bay Boutique Resort, is a family-owned and operated hotel. A charming eco-friendly boutique resort located on the south coast of the beautiful island of Grenada, where the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean merge. A five-minute drive can take you to popular restaurants, banks, shopping centres and several white sandy beaches including the infamous Grand Anse Beach.

This boutique resort is one of the most affordable, friendly and relaxing places to say when visiting the Spice Island in the Caribbean. Located in the True Blue area, the resorts secluded location is surprisingly convenient, steps away from True Blue Bay Marina and within walking distance of several neighbourhood restaurants and bars.

The resorts Dodgy Dock Restaurant and Lounge Bar is located by the waterfront with unique cantilever decks and stunning 360 views of the bay, giving a feeling of being on an island. Locals and visitors frequent the restaurant and bar creating a friendly atmosphere. With a choice of local and international cuisine using locally grown produce and spices, freshly caught fish, lobster and seasonal seafood to homemade pizza. If you love chocolate then indulge in the House of Chocolate’s specials as a dessert; Grenadian chocolate tart! In the mood for a Mexican, Dodgy Dock offers a variety of Mexican favourites like quesadillas, fajitas and the best Margaritas in town! During the week, they have entertainment ranging from live Caribbean Steel Pan music, Street Food nights to romantic live music accompanied by Caribbean Style Calypso BBQ and buffet.

There is only one golf course on the island which is located outside Grand Anse, approximately 15 minutes’ drive from the resort, Grenada Golf & Country Club. This 9-hole course opened in the 1930’s, and although it is not the most challenging, it offers a great day of golf with superb views of the Caribbean Sea.

The accommodation is tucked away into a hillside with seaside views of the Caribbean Sea and True Blue Bay. The resort offers spacious and Caribbean-chic accommodation, guest have a choice of rooms, suites or villas. With winding walkways, plenty of trees and fragrant vegetation around, the comfortable and spacious rooms with verandas framing views of the garden and sea, all accommodation offer soft and comfortable furnishings made with sustainable materials and fun and creative decor.

All guests’ rooms have fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, cable TV, air-conditioning, phones, wireless internet, fans and balconies with views of the bay or gardens.

Cocoa Pod Room; these new modern eco-friendly rooms are surrounded by two pools and private balconies with views overlooking the bay. The rooms offer a king-size bed or two single beds, with fully equipped kitchenettes, dining area and pull-out sofa bed perfect for couples or young families. These stylish rooms with their exquisite and charming decor have been designed with the environment in mind with double glazed patio doors, solar water heaters and electricity generated by PV solar panels.

Cocoa Pod Suite; these new climate-smart suites are designed to bring the magic of the Caribbean indoors. Designed over two storeys and decorated in a contemporary Caribbean chic style with exquisite sea-inspired colours, teak furniture and soft textures. The ground floor is a spacious open plan design with a living-dining area, small kitchen space, studio couch, TV and bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is equally spacious and has a king-size bed (with extra comfortable pillow top mattress) and extra-large bathroom. There are fabulous views of the picturesque tropical gardens and lap pool from the large private balconies on both floors – you can enjoy and relax the warm evenings on the comfortable patio furniture. The Cocoa Pods are perfect for couples that would like a little extra space or a young family with up to 2 children (using the queen size studio couch).

True Blue Bay Suite accommodation

Tower Suite; these suites are romantic and private, great for couples looking for a comfortable place to relax. These studio-style suites on an upper floor are owner Magdalena Fielden’s favourites. They have stylish contemporary furniture with a marine-inspired decoration and colour palette, and include a four-poster king-size bed, couch, kitchen and dining area, and an extra-large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The suites have comfortable verandas with loungers and spiral stairs leading to their own tower where you can enjoy a breezy panoramic view of the resort, True Blue Bay and the Caribbean Sea. The spacious balconies are perfect to sit and read or just contemplate the gorgeous views.
